velsycon | interchangeable silos available in different versions
Beside silo placing units like COMBILIFT or ZTA velsycon is also known for interchangeable silos. These silos are offered in different versions and sizes for a wide range of applications. We do have a close cooperation with the silo manufacturer Bock Silosysteme.
- Single-chamber silo (free fall) up to 22,5 m³ according to DIN 30734
- Single-chamber silo (pressure) up to 22,5 m³ – connection interface as per DIN 30734
- Interchangeable silo for semi-trailer up to 35 m³
- Spreading silo up to 35 m³
- Tank container up to 30 m³
All silos are equipped with the necessary interfaces according to the different transport systems on customer side.
Different alternatives regarding filling pipe, outlet heights or any other special equipment are possible upon request.
Main operation range of the interchangeable silos
- In heavy-duty version for the mining industry and tunneling
- For dry mortar and mineral plaster as a free fall silo
- As free fall silo also for SBS-substitute fuels
- Single-chamber pressure silos from which the dry mortar is conveyed pneumatically to the converting machines on-site
- Two-chamber change silo free fall for the mixture of the dry mortar out of special sand and additional materials on-site
- Mobile filter systems for water treatment
- Interim storage for special-granules used by the plastic processing industry
